Operations Executive – Part‑Time (Travel Industry)

About the role

We are partnering with a specialist travel company to recruit a part‑time Operations Executive. The role supports the post‑sales process, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless travel experience from booking to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full post‑sales support to the sales team.
• Organise airport transfers and hotel rooming lists, including invoicing.
• Allocate and issue ticket seating.
• Prepare final travel instructions and manage customer invoices.
• Carry out ad‑hoc travel administration duties as required.

Required profile

• Travel or tourism qualification or relevant degree.
• Experience working with a GDS such as Amadeus.
• Operational experience in the travel sector.
• Highly organised, proactive and flexible with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent grammar and numerical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; basic working knowledge of Excel is essential.

• Microsoft Office suite.
