Operations Executive – Shopsmart (Kraft Heinz)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to support our Shopsmart account for Kraft Heinz. Based in Woking, you will work in a hybrid model, balancing office collaboration with remote productivity. The role is fast‑paced and varied, offering the chance to develop operational expertise across data, field tools and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Download, quality‑check and maintain retailer sales data daily, ensuring master data accuracy.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of account staff, including field execution tool configuration and testing.
• Respond to operational queries via Manage Engine and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
• Prioritise and escalates account requests, support field teams with visual briefs, travel bookings and fleet queries.
• Contribute to territory and route optimisation using CACI.
• Provide holiday and absence cover for the Operations team.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, update callfiles and reconcile company credit‑card expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cover reception duties when needed.

What we offer

• Salary £25,000‑£26,000 per annum plus performance bonus.
