Operations Key Holder (Retail)

About the role

As an Operations Key Holder you will be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering the Levi’s brand experience to customers. You will lead the shop floor during key trading hours, including opening and closing when managers are absent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during peak periods, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Support deliveries, stock organization and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team‑support skills on the shop floor.
• Proactive, solution‑focused customer service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
