Operations Key Holder – Retail (Part‑time)

About the role

As an Operations Key Holder you will be the face of Levi’s on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours. This part‑time position involves opening and closing the store when managers are absent and leading a team of Stylists to deliver the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
