Operations Key Holder – Retail Store

About the role

The Operations Key Holder plays a vital part in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. Working part‑time in a busy London store, you will lead by example, support your colleagues and ensure smooth store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing when managers are away.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during peak periods, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
