Operations Key Holder – Retail Store (Part‑time)

About the role

As an Operations Key Holder you will be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering the Levi’s brand experience to customers. Working on the shop floor, you will lead by example, support your team and take charge of opening and closing duties when managers are away.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
