Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of a rapidly expanding financial services business. The role sits between senior leadership and departmental teams, ensuring smooth operations, consistent processes and high‑quality service to advisers and their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational link between Directors and Team Leaders.
• Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and workflow.
• Support Team Leaders with business processes and operational challenges.
• Ensure company procedures are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and align departments with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar operational leadership role.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing and improving business processes.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and departmental managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Salary between £40,000 and £60,000 per year.
• Birthday off and office closed between Christmas and New Year.
