Operations Manager – Luxury Wellness Brand

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee inventory, logistics, invoicing and reporting for a luxury wellness brand that blends Ayurvedic principles with modern lymphatic drainage treatments. Based in Knightsbridge, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations across flagship clinics, retail partners and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock planning and demand forecasting across all sales channels.
• Coordinate procurement with the Co‑Founder, ordering components and finished products.
• Maintain product compliance by working with regulatory partners and updating catalogues and paperwork.
• Drive supply‑chain efficiencies to improve speed, accuracy and cost‑savings.
• Monitor stock movements, conduct cyclical stock takes and ensure accurate records in both warehouse and clinic locations.
• Oversee warehouse operations, order fulfilment, PO entry and goods‑out processes, liaising with carriers.
• Handle fulfillment disputes, damages and return‑to‑vendor (RTV) procedures.
• Liaise with the Wholesale Manager on inventory availability and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Knightsbridge and travel to warehouses, training rooms and partner locations as needed.
