Operations Manager - Midlands

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the operational performance of Greystar’s multi‑family portfolio in the Midlands region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures properties meet financial targets, operational standards, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve budgeted financial goals and operational performance across the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor budgeting, reforecasting, and financial statements, addressing gaps to improve profitability.
• Inspect properties, review market and operational reports, and implement action plans to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive occupancy, revenue, and procurement of supplies and services.
• Lead, hire, train, and manage team members, fostering a customer‑service focused culture.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using business systems software, preferably in property or accommodation sectors.
• Understanding of UK legislation related to tenanted property and building management.
