Operations Manager – Multi‑Site Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day performance across three depots in the South West. The role sits between ownership and operational teams, ensuring service excellence for a diverse client base in hospitality, healthcare, education, construction and industry.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at three locations, maintaining high standards of customer care and service delivery.
• Mentor, coach and develop site managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Operations/IT Director to implement and optimise CRM, reporting and performance‑management systems.
• Drive data‑led planning, KPI monitoring and technology adoption to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across the fleet‑based service model.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or General Manager in a field‑based, logistics or service environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational standards and growth.
• Visible, hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Comfortable working on‑site across multiple locations.
