Operations Manager – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our night‑shift fulfilment centre in Darlington. You will be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general health and safety standards of the fulfilment centre.
• Oversee warehouse management and planning activities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse team.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective people‑management style, focused on mentoring and leading by example.
• Confidence using warehouse management systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
