Operations Manager – Renewable Energy & Electrical Contracting

About the role

This is a central, influential position within a fast‑growing renewable energy and electrical contracting business. You will use your hands‑on electrician background to coordinate projects, support installation teams and ensure work is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish.
• Support on‑site installation teams, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Manage materials, resources and customer communications to keep projects on track.
• Monitor quality and safety standards throughout project delivery.
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelines.

Required profile

• Previous practical experience as a qualified Electrician.
• Strong organisational abilities and a passion for varied, responsibility‑rich work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and customers.
