Operations Manager, Securities Centre of Excellence

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead a critical part of Lloyds Banking Group’s commercial lending operations within the Securities Centre of Excellence. Working across the United Kingdom and India, you will help shape the securities strategy, improve performance and deliver high‑quality customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in delivering the securities strategy and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with third‑party partners and internal stakeholders to meet performance, risk and customer targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and service‑transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen the risk and control environment through oversight and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operational leadership or change delivery within commercial banking or lending.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑geography operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving performance improvement and risk mitigation.
