Operations Manager – UK Multi‑Site Luxury Retail & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the performance and growth of our UK multi‑site portfolio within luxury retail and premium hospitality. Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, you will shape strategy, ensure operational excellence and deliver memorable guest experiences across prestigious locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK operational strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive commercial growth, revenue, profitability and customer engagement across all sites.
• Oversee day‑to‑day multi‑site operations, ensuring consistency, service excellence and brand standards.
• Monitor sales, labour, operating costs and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and senior teams, setting KPIs and performance expectations.
• Manage P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑site operations in luxury retail or premium hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and inspire senior teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
