Operations Officer

About the role
The Operations Officer will support the smooth and accurate movement of stock across multiple counterparties for a well‑established financial services firm. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure transactions are processed efficiently while adhering to internal controls and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end processing of stock movements, including registrations and transfers, ensuring accurate settlement across client and nominee accounts.
- Monitor operational workflows and internal systems to track trade settlement, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams and external parties.
- Maintain reconciliation processes and reporting controls, reviewing stock positions, investigating breaks, and supporting operational improvements, testing, and procedural adherence.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
