Operations Operative – Production & Assembly

About the role

Join a fast‑paced production team creating LED lighting for vehicles sold worldwide. As an Operations Operative you will work on a modern factory floor, contributing directly to the quality and delivery of automotive lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble LED interior lighting components according to detailed work instructions.
• Operate laser‑etching equipment to mark and finish products.
• Load, unload and monitor the glue‑applying robot during production runs.
• Inspect finished items, apply labels and prepare goods for packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Reliable, positive team player with a hands‑on attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on new equipment.
• Ability to work consistently in a shift‑based, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Operating laser‑etching equipment.
• Handling and loading glue‑applying robots.
• Inspecting, labelling and packing finished products.
