Operations Oversight Analyst

About the role

Be‑Resourcing is seeking an Operations Oversight Analyst to join a busy Operations team in Edinburgh. The role focuses on supervising outsourced providers and ensuring that investment‑operations activities meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support trade‑lifecycle oversight across equities, bonds, FX and derivatives.
• Oversee fund accounting, monitor cash and stock reconciliations.
• Produce fund‑flow, regulatory and governance reports.
• Monitor and manage third‑party service providers.
• Investigate operational issues and assist with resolution.
• Maintain controls, procedures and process documentation.
• Support operational improvement and change projects.

Required profile

• Experience in Investment Operations, Fund Operations or Fund Oversight.
• Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliations and operational controls.
• Experience producing management information and operational reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• IOC qualification is desirable.
