Operations Processor – Part‑time (Swindon)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Operations Processor to join a well‑established logistics operation in Swindon. The role runs Monday to Friday, 16:00‑20:00, offering competitive hourly rates and the chance to develop within a reputable warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Debrief couriers on return to the depot.
• Process and scan returned shipments accurately.
• Update shipment information using internal computer systems.
• Investigate and resolve basic shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure all returned parcels are correctly recorded and processed.
• Support the wider warehouse and operations team as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while following health and safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and efficient.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Parcel Processor.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment and meeting deadlines.
