Operations Specialist – Insurance Operations

About the role

Join a leading London Market insurance firm as an Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end processes, ensuring they run accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee assigned processes from initiation to completion (NTN).
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a referral point and trainer for offshore teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and optimise the Operating Model.

Required profile

• Strong verbal, numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Insurance experience is essential; London Market exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable handling, querying and interpreting large data sets.
• Proven ability to train and mentor others effectively.
