Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are opening a new Space NK store at Lakeside Shopping Centre in August and are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead stock control and operational processes. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, maintain high standards, and act as the main link between the store and head office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all stock handling procedures, including receiving, storage, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies to minimise loss.
• Train and coach store team members on stock processes, health and safety, and compliance.
• Communicate stock opportunities, risks and business updates to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
• Ensure back‑of‑house and shop‑floor stock areas are organised, safe and damage‑free.
• Support the achievement of store KPIs related to inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail operations or stock management preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑first mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
