Operations Supervisor, Quick Commerce

About the role
Amazon is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a fast‑paced Quick Commerce site in Wembley. You will work 32 hours per week across a split shift (14:30‑23:00) on Sun, Thu, Fri and Sat, ensuring orders are processed and dispatched within the ultra‑fast 30‑minute delivery window.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and monitor workflow performance, providing shift information to frontline management.
- Support, train and supervise team members to deliver high‑quality service.
- Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects that improve processes, safety and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and support key performance areas.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
Required profile
- Experience supervising operational teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- Ability to follow and enforce safety and quality procedures.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to act as the first point of contact during a shift.
