Operations Technician – White Glove Logistics

About the role

We are looking for two Operations Technicians to join a specialist logistics business in Sunbury-on-Thames. The role combines warehouse duties with on‑road “white glove” collections, deliveries and interior installations for high‑value furniture, fine art and luxury interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out white glove collections and deliveries across the UK and occasional overseas trips.
• Perform interior designer installations and handle high‑value furniture, artwork and decorative items.
• Prepare export packs to museum and international shipping standards.
• Produce detailed condition reports for each item.
• Load and unload company vehicles safely, working across both warehouse and road operations.

Required profile

• Experience in fine art, luxury interiors, specialist removals, museum logistics or a similar sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional manner.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Salary £30,160 – £36,400 per annum.
• Monday‑Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 (1‑hour unpaid break).
