About the role
Join Specsavers Brighton North Street as an Optical Assistant Apprentice and start a rewarding career in eye and hearing care. You will work full‑time in a busy, customer‑focused store, learning the trade while earning a competitive wage.
Key responsibilities
- Assist qualified opticians with eye examinations and contact lens fittings.
- Support hearing assessments and provide after‑care advice.
- Help customers select glasses, sunglasses and hearing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organised retail environment and ensure compliance with health‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a caring approach to customers.
- Motivation to develop professionally in the optics sector.
- Reliability and willingness to work weekends.
