Key responsibilities

• Assist qualified opticians with eye examinations and contact lens fittings.
• Support hearing assessments and provide after‑care advice.
• Help customers select glasses, sunglasses and hearing solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organised retail environment and ensure compliance with health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a caring approach to customers.
• Motivation to develop professionally in the optics sector.
• Reliability and willingness to work weekends.
