About the role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our Brentwood store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly service and supporting the opticians and technicians in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist them with their optical needs.
- Provide front‑of‑house support to opticians and technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
- Experience as an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Assistant.

- Salary of £27,000 per year (full‑time, 40 hours/week).
