About the role

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, providing excellent service at every step.
• Carry out pre‑screening eye health checks.
• Ensure a smooth and professional handover to the optometrist.
• Dispense glasses and advise on lens options.
• Fit and repair spectacles.
• Teach customers how to use contact lenses.
• Handle general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Previous optical experience (essential).
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
