About the role
Join a modern, well‑presented optical practice in the historic market town of Dunstable. You will be part of a friendly team that values each member’s contribution and offers a supportive environment for both full‑time and part‑time candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Carry out pre‑screening and basic eye health checks.
- Ensure a smooth handover of patients to the Optometrist.
- Dispense spectacles and assist with fitting and repairing glasses.
- Teach patients how to use contact lenses.
- Support general administration duties as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in an optical setting is essential.
