Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Conduct pre‑screening eye health checks and ensure smooth handover to the optometrist.
• Dispense luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses.
• Provide personalised styling advice for glasses, sunglasses and accessories.
• Fit, adjust and repair spectacles.
• Support patients with contact‑lens training and after‑care.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an optical environment.
