We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join a fast‑growing optical practice in Borehamwood. You will work in a technology‑driven environment delivering premium patient care and supporting a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.
• Support frame styling, lens recommendations and assist with dispensing, including measurements, adjustments and after‑care.
• Manage appointments, enquiries and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Uphold the high presentation standards for which the practice is known.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Passion for delivering an excellent patient experience.
• Organised, reliable and professional approach.
• Team player who enjoys working in a premium practice environment.
