Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced optical professionals in a friendly team of 7‑8 staff.
• Perform double testing on most days, focusing on high‑quality patient care.
• Provide a personalised, consultative customer experience.
• Assist with dispensing premium frames and lenses.
• Support contact‑lens fitting and vision‑therapy services.
• Help run specialist clinics and manage patient journeys.
• Participate in frame buying and product selection.

Required profile

• Previous optical experience is essential.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Interest in developing skills in dispensing, contact lenses and specialist clinics.
• Well‑presented, professional and articulate.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Keen interest in luxury eyewear and premium service.
