We are seeking an enthusiastic Optical Branch Manager to lead a modern optical practice in East Grinstead. You will be the front‑line leader, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the optical practice.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Drive sales and business development initiatives.
• Train, motivate and retain staff members.
• Handle administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager for support and guidance.

Required profile

• Previous managerial experience in an optician or optical retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and self‑motivation.
• Confident, friendly and highly organised.
