About the role

Lunaria Recruitment is seeking an experienced Optical Branch Manager to lead a modern independent practice in High Wycombe. This full‑time position offers the chance to shape a premium in‑store experience, drive business growth, and develop a high‑performing team with support from a Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the optical practice, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the patient journey.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
• Identify and act on opportunities for branch performance improvement and business expansion.
• Manage administration, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and wider network.

Required profile

• Previous management experience within an optical practice.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially aware with a passion for customer service.
• Organised, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
