Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the optical practice.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the patient journey.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to reach their full potential.
• Drive branch performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support staff training, engagement and ongoing development.
• Oversee administration, compliance and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and wider team.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and relaxed practice environment.

Required profile

• Previous management experience within an optical practice (essential).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with a passion for customer service.
• Confident, organised and self‑motivated.
• Positive, professional approach with strong attention to detail.
