About the role

Join Specsavers in Ashford as an Optometrist and enjoy a supportive, community‑focused environment that values work‑life balance, clinical development and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Provide eye examinations and patient‑focused care.
Utilise the latest clinical technology and equipment.
Participate in clinical development and CPD activities.
Support with IP, medical retina and glaucoma qualifications.

Required profile

Qualified and GOC‑registered Optometrist.
Confident, patient‑focused and a team player.
Motivated with a balanced approach to work.

Required skills

What we offer

Salary up to £80,000 per year (depending on experience and accreditations).
Bonus scheme up to £10,000.
Full‑time or part‑time options with only one weekend day.
Flexible start and finish times.
