Optometrist – Full/Part Time in Milton Keynes

About the role

Join Specsavers in Milton Keynes as an Optometrist, delivering high‑quality eye care to our patients. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you will work in a modern, two‑floor store equipped with the latest diagnostic tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse patient base.
• Utilise advanced OCT machines, phoropters and autorefractors to assess vision and eye health.
• Provide professional advice on glasses, contact lenses and eye‑care solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of opticians and technicians to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice and customer service.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Optometrist.
• Confident, strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile.
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OCT imaging equipment.
• Experience using phoropters.
• Ability to operate autorefractors.

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience and certifications).
