Optometrist – Full/Part Time – Slough

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious optometrist to join our well‑established Slough store. Whether you are newly qualified or have years of experience, you will work alongside a team of experienced opticians and technicians, using the latest diagnostic equipment to deliver high‑quality eye care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions.
• Advise patients on suitable eyewear and contact lenses.
• Utilise state‑of‑the‑art optometric equipment in six fully equipped test rooms.
• Collaborate with opticians, technicians and store management to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with GOC regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered optometrist.
• Strong work ethic and confidence in delivering eye care.
• Willingness to succeed and go the extra mile for patients.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to encourage colleagues.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern optometric diagnostic equipment.
