Optometrist – Part‑time (1 day/week) in Clevedon

About the role

Vision Express is seeking a qualified optometrist to work one day per week in our Clevedon store. You will have access to fully equipped test rooms featuring OCT and an Auto Phoropter, allowing you to deliver accurate eye examinations and build patient confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using OCT and Auto Phoropter equipment.
• Provide clear diagnoses and recommend appropriate corrective lenses or treatments.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the store by delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales targets.
• Collaborate with the store team, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered optometrist.
• Strong clinical expertise with the ability to communicate diagnoses clearly.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to store performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OCT imaging technology.
• Experience operating an Auto Phoropter.
