About the role

Specsavers is seeking an ambitious optometrist to join its Norwich cluster as an Optometry Partner. This senior position combines clinical expertise with business leadership across four optical stores and a dedicated Hearcare unit.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations and ensure high‑quality eye examinations.
• Manage multiple store locations, driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and mentor optometry teams to deliver excellent customer care.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the Hearcare business within the cluster.
• Monitor financial performance, contributing to profit and turnover targets.

Required profile

• Qualified optometrist with several years of experience in a retail or multi‑site environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business growth.
• Self‑starter who thrives on success and enjoys mentoring staff.
• Strong commercial acumen and interest in partnership ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with optometric testing equipment and clinical software.
• Experience in multi‑site management and business development.
