Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Support Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno‑functional consultant to join a growing consulting practice. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting the optimisation, maintenance and enhancement of Oracle HCM solutions for a portfolio of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and techno‑functional support across Oracle HCM modules.
• Investigate and resolve application issues within agreed service levels.
• Deliver system enhancements, configuration changes and customisations.
• Support business users with queries, process improvements and incident management.
• Manage service requests, change requests and incident tickets.
• Collaborate with technical teams, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, offering expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and service‑excellence goals.

Required profile

• Strong experience working with Oracle HCM solutions in an Application Support or AMS environment.
• Proven functional or techno‑functional consulting experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
