Oracle NetSuite SME

About the role

As the Oracle NetSuite Subject Matter Expert you will own the functional and technical direction of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it supports end‑to‑end finance and operations processes for New Era Fuels.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for all NetSuite queries, issues and enhancement requests.
• Administer and configure core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Inventory Management.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot defects and resolve user incidents promptly.
• Manage the internal ticket backlog, triage requests by business impact and coordinate with Oracle support when needed.
• Capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite configurations, workflows and customisations.
• Oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware, iPaaS) between NetSuite and adjacent systems.
• Deliver end‑user training and maintain up‑to‑date system documentation.
• Lead release management activities, including regression testing, UAT coordination and feature enablement.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, optimise scripts, saved searches and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior NetSuite Administrator/Consultant moving into platform ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, reporting to senior finance and technology leaders.
• Ability to balance technical direction with business alignment and governance.
• Experience working in a regulated, finance‑focused environment is advantageous.
