Oracle NetSuite Subject Matter Expert – Platform Owner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Subject Matter Expert to own and drive the evolution of a critical NetSuite ERP platform. Reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to the Interim CIO, you will work closely with Finance, Operations and IT to ensure the system supports end‑to‑end processes and delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the NetSuite environment as the primary escalation point for system issues and enhancement requests.
• Administer and configure core modules such as Financials, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Inventory Management.
• Design and maintain workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, reports and saved searches.
• Provide second‑ and third‑line support, troubleshoot incidents and manage the internal support backlog.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP or middleware platforms.
• Lead release management, regression testing and user‑acceptance testing.
• Deliver user training and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Monitor performance, governance limits and data integrity, reducing technical debt where possible.

Required profile

• Senior‑level NetSuite Administrator or Consultant with full platform ownership experience.
• Proven ability to work with Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
