Order & Logistics Administrator

About the role

Join a fast‑moving logistics team in Irlam, supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Assist customers with order entry, tracking, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and communications in the internal system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and guarantee smooth delivery.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a lively team.
• Previous experience in an order processing or logistics support role.
