Order Management Advisor – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports efficient contract management and vehicle procurement for a leading car‑leasing provider. You will work primarily from the Watford office in a hybrid model, delivering high‑quality service to employers and dealerships.

Key responsibilities

• Capture all orders within a 24‑hour turnaround and prepare contracts with employer‑specific details.
• Liaise with dealers to ensure accurate vehicle specifications are ordered.
• Coordinate with the Pricing and Data team to verify manufacturer pricing, discounts and manage monthly price updates.
• Provide first‑contact customer service via phone and email, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Take on bespoke and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, pricing teams and customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to training requirements and occasional full‑time office attendance.
