Order Processor

About the role

To process and coordinate work instructions (orders) received from clients, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient order completion. The role reports to the General Operations Manager and supports the Order Processing Lead while working closely with the Operations Administration and Client Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders according to established procedures and maintain high efficiency.
• Provide proactive communication with existing and new clients regarding order status.
• Verify order instructions against quotations and liaise with clients or client management to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate sub‑contractor works, issue risk assessments and method statements, and collect completion paperwork.
• Support the Order Processing Lead with quote information, supplier performance feedback and reporting on operational trends.
• Collaborate with financial, operational and administrative teams to resolve order‑related issues.
