Order Processor – Windows

About the role

We are looking for an Order Processor to manage customer orders for windows, doors and related products from quotation through to production. The role ensures orders are technically correct, complete and entered efficiently while maintaining strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders using company software.
• Review orders for technical feasibility, pricing and completeness before release to production.
• Generate manufacturing documentation and supporting paperwork.
• Liaise with the sales team to resolve order queries and amendments.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely and accurate order release.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations and revisions.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.
• Protect customer information in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in order processing or sales administration.
• Experience in the window, door, glazing or construction sector.
• Good understanding of window and door products.
• Strong IT aptitude and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Order processing software.
