Outbound Recruitment Consultant – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Outbound Recruitment Consultant to work remotely for Stats Profit, a football analytics business. You will be paid £15 per hour plus performance bonuses and will help build a pipeline of high‑quality prospects for our free online webinars.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute your own member‑recruitment strategy from scratch.
• Identify, approach and qualify potential members using any compliant channels (direct outreach, social media, online communities, networking, referrals, partnerships, databases, etc.).
• Encourage qualified prospects to attend live webinars and track their engagement.
• Test different outreach methods, measure results and continuously optimise the approach.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commercial mindset with a willingness to experiment and improve.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in data‑driven football analytics is a plus.
