Outbound Sales & Business Development Consultant – Training & Development

About the role

Join a high‑performance sales team delivering professional training and mentoring programmes across the UK. You will work remotely, prospecting, building relationships and closing deals with businesses and individuals who can benefit from our courses.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Make a minimum of 100 cold calls per day.
• Promote training and mentoring programmes confidently.
• Build rapport with decision‑makers and uncover training needs.
• Convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity.
• Consistently achieve weekly performance targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience in cold calling, lead generation and closing sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Residency within the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Windows or Mac computers.
