Outbound Sales Executive – Permanent

Our client in Aldershot is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive on a permanent basis. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, are confident on the phone and want to build a long‑term career in sales with full training and development support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by making outbound calls and setting appointments with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions and guide them through the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales activities.
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people on the phone.
• Ability to organise time effectively and manage a pipeline of leads.
• Driven by targets and eager to progress within a supportive team.

Required skills

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting and lead generation.
• Background in internal sales or a similar customer‑service/sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
