Outdoor Operative (Temporary)

About the role
We are looking for reliable Outdoor Operatives to carry out temporary manual work in the Leatherhead area. The role involves a variety of outdoor tasks, from gardening to general site upkeep, and requires a proactive, physically fit individual.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general outdoor work, including gardening and grounds maintenance.
- Cut grass, weed, prune plants and clear leaves to keep areas tidy.
- Move equipment and materials as needed across the site.
- Carry out general cleaning and manual duties, ensuring work areas remain safe and orderly.
- Undertake any additional practical duties required by the team.
Required profile
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Own a car and able to travel to the work location.
- Previous experience in gardening, grounds work, labouring or a similar practical role.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate between £14.00 and £16.00, dependent on assignment and experience.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of varied assignments.
