Outsourcing Manager – Beaconsfield

About the role

This Outsourcing Manager position offers the chance to influence client relationships, lead a small team and have a visible impact on a growing portfolio. You will work with commercial autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio worth approximately £500k‑£600k with minimal supervision
• Review financial statements and corporation tax computations
• Lead and develop a team of 2‑3 staff members
• Oversee budgets, work‑in‑progress (WIP) and debtor control
• Collaborate with the wider management team to optimise resources

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and FRS105
• Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to delegate, mentor and develop junior staff
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
