Outsourcing Manager

About the role

Pro‑Finance is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to lead a portfolio of outsourced finance clients. The role combines client‑facing responsibilities with oversight of management accounts, statutory reporting, VAT compliance and commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourced finance and management‑account clients.
• Review management accounts, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow support activities.
• Lead client relationships and drive commercial conversations.
• Supervise statutory accounts and complex accounting assignments.
• Coordinate VAT compliance and liaise with specialist teams as required.
• Coach, develop and delegate work to junior team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting quality and client delivery.
• Collaborate closely with tax, audit and advisory teams.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in outsourcing or business‑services practice.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Strong review experience of management and statutory accounts.
• Confident in leading and delegating to staff.
• Commercially aware with the ability to spot value‑adding opportunities.
